All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Purchases and Payment
By placing an order on the Site, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, since the product is a beverage we will not be able to issue any refunds unless there is a food safety issue. In case of a food safety issue, we will issue an immediate recall(governed by our recall plan in accordance with FSSAI rules). In case of a food safety issue, we will issue refund in accordance with local and national laws
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. Our brand "Suprgut" is a trademark of Suprfoods.
