You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your personal data that we have collected and stored.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To initiate a data deletion request, you must submit a ticket through our [Data Deletion Request Form]. This is the only method for submitting a formal deletion request.

To process your request, you will need to provide the following information in the form for identity verification:

  • Your full name.
  • The email address associated with your Suprgut account.


This information is required to ensure that we are deleting data for the correct individual and to prevent fraudulent requests.

3. The Deletion Process

  1. Submission: Once you submit the Data Deletion Request Form, you will receive an automated email confirming that we have received your ticket.
  2. Verification: Our team will review your request and verify your identity using the information provided. We may contact you at the registered email address if we require additional information to complete the verification.
  3. Execution & Timeline: Upon successful verification, we will proceed with the permanent deletion of your personal data from our production systems. This process will be completed within 30 calendar days of your verified request.
  4. Confirmation: We will send a final email to your registered email address to confirm that your data has been successfully deleted.

4. What Data is Deleted?

A data deletion request will result in the permanent removal of your personally identifiable information, including:

  • Your account details (name, email, password, phone number, addresses).
  • Your order history linked to your account.
  • Any communications you have had with our support team.
  • Marketing and communication preferences.

5. Exceptions (Data We May Retain)

Please note that we may be legally required to retain certain information, even after your account is deleted, for specific purposes. This includes:

  • Legal & Financial Records: We may retain anonymized transactional data (without personal identifiers) to comply with our financial and tax obligations in India.
  • Dispute Resolution: Information may be retained if it is necessary to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or protect our legal rights.

Any data that is retained will be securely archived, isolated from our active systems, and will not be used for any other purpose.
